Refund Eligibility & Conditions

Satisfaction Guarantee:

We offer a customer satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied with our service, you may be eligible for a full or partial refund, or a corrective service at no additional charge.

Time Frame: Refund requests must be made within 24 hours of the service completion time. Requests submitted after this period may be denied.

Exclusions:

• Services that have been completed and for which the client has already provided written or verbal satisfaction may not be eligible for a refund.

• Non-refundable deposits or cancellation fees.

• Services where the client did not provide necessary cooperation or information as outlined in the initial agreement.
