Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms," "Terms and Conditions") carefully before using the cincyautodetailing.com website and the mobile auto detailing services (the "Service") operated by Sammy's Suds ("us," "we," or "our").
Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the Service.
1. Services Provided
Sammy's Suds offers a range of professional mobile auto detailing services, including but not limited to: interior detailing, exterior detailing, express services, full details, premium details, and various add-on services. A detailed description of each service is available on our website.
2. Booking and Scheduling
a. Appointment Requests: All service appointments must be booked through our online booking system, phone, or email. Booking requests are subject to availability.
b. Confirmation: Your appointment is confirmed only upon receipt of a confirmation email or communication from us.
c. Rescheduling & Cancellations:
* Customer Cancellations/Rescheduling: We require at least 24-48 hours notice for any cancellations or rescheduling requests. Cancellations or reschedules made with less than 24-48 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the service cost or a flat fee of $50. No-shows will be charged 100% of the service cost or a flat fee of $100.
* Our Cancellations/Rescheduling: In the event of inclement weather (e.g., heavy rain, snow, extreme temperatures), unforeseen circumstances, or equipment malfunction, Sammy's Suds reserves the right to reschedule or cancel your appointment. We will notify you as soon as possible and work with you to find a convenient alternative date and time. d. Arrival Window: Due to the mobile nature of our business, arrival times are estimates. We typically provide a 30-60 minute arrival window. We will endeavor to notify you of any significant delays.
3. Service Location Requirements
a. Access: The customer must ensure a safe and accessible location for our vehicle and equipment. This includes sufficient space to work around the vehicle and clearance for our mobile unit.
b. Water & Power: While we are generally self-sufficient, access to a usable outdoor water spigot and electrical outlet will be required for certain services. Please inform us during booking if these are not available.
c. Vehicle Condition: The vehicle must be free of all personal belongings and excessive trash prior to our arrival. While we will bag obvious personal items, we are not responsible for lost or damaged items left in the vehicle.
d. Pre-Inspection: Upon arrival, our technician will conduct a brief pre-inspection of the vehicle with the customer (if present) to note existing damage or specific concerns.
4. Pricing and Payment
a. Transparent Pricing: Our pricing is displayed with each service. Prices are based on vehicle size and the selected service package.
b. Additional Charges: Additional charges may apply for:
* Excessive Soilage: Heavily soiled vehicles, excessive pet hair, vomit, mold, mildew, or biohazards will incur an additional fee, quoted upon inspection and approved by the customer before service begins.
* Travel Fees: A travel fee may apply for locations outside our standard service radius, as outlined on our website.
* Special Requests: Services not included in standard packages will be quoted separately.
c. Payment: Payment is due upon completion of services. We accept credit/debit cards, cash, and mobile payment apps like Venmo.
d. Satisfaction Guarantee: If you are not completely satisfied with our service, please notify us within 24 hours of service completion, and we will do our best to address your concerns.
5. Limitation of Liability
a. Existing Damage: Sammy's Suds is not responsible for any pre-existing damage to your vehicle. We will note significant existing damage during the pre-inspection.
b. Unforeseen Issues: We take utmost care while detailing your vehicle. However, we are not liable for issues arising from inherent defects in the vehicle's materials or components that become apparent during or after the detailing process (e.g., clear coat failure, paint chipping due to rust, sensitive electronics).
c. Personal Items: While we take care to bag or set aside personal items, customers are advised to remove all valuables and personal items from their vehicle prior to service. Sammy's Suds is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged personal items.
d. Maximum Liability: Our liability for any damage directly caused by our negligence during the service is limited to the cost of the detailing service provided.
6. Customer Responsibilities
a. Provide accurate and complete information during booking.
b. Ensure the vehicle is accessible and free of personal items.
c. Disclose any sensitive or aftermarket modifications that may require special care.
d. Inspect the vehicle upon completion of service and voice any concerns immediately.
7. Intellectual Property
The content, features, and functionality of the website are and will remain the exclusive property of Sammy's Suds.
8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Ohio, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
